The SportQuest system is time proven. It has evaluated athletes of all levels in North America, Europe and Asia for over ten years. Each evaluation has been conducted by a specially trained staff and carried out with standardized precision equipment and strict protocols. These factors established a practice of consistent evaluation that over time has led to an international standard of performance.

Besides bringing your hockey equipment, when you receive your scheduled evaluation, you will be given all of the details on what to expect and how to conduct the evaluations.

Equipment Prep:

You should wear EVERYTHING that you would normally wear in a game: helmet, mouth guard and neck protector (if applicable), shoulder pads, shin guards, skates, cup, elbow pads, hockey pants, uniform, hockey stick, etc. You should prepare for your evaluation exactly as you would before a game. This includes your normal eat and hydration routine.

What to Expect:

Arrive early and warm-up as you normally would before getting on the ice. One of our evaluators will meet you in the locker room with your coaches to review last minute details and talk about the tests you will be performing that day. Once all the tests have been performed, we will probably not be able to repeat them due to time constraints.

You will be given a short on-ice warm-up (watch out for the testing equipment). It is essential that you listen to your coaches and our evaluators to ensure you properly perform all the scheduled tests.

Each player will be able to perform each test twice. The best score will be recorded.

After Testing:

Once you have completed your testing, you will return to your locker room. One of our evaluators will talk to you for a few minutes about the tests and let you know when and how to access your reports.

That's it! Our goal is to provide professional testing to help improve your hockey skills. The evaluations are a lot of fun and an invaluable tool to help you maximize your development, gain the competitive edge and achieve your hockey goals!

We encourage your feedback and to let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you to attain your goals.
